I've been to other countries--Singapore and Hong Kong.
I used to live in Singapore and stayed there for quite some time.
That experience was wonderful for me and for my siblings.
I just toured around HK. not bad! hehe~
Health conscious means you watch what you eat and you exercise a lot.
You make sure that you stay healthy and slim.
Oh! How I wish I could do the same thing exercise a lot.
I've missed a lot of my work out sessions. I guess I was too tired after work.
