Freezing temperatures leave our joints and muscles tense and stiff. So we should wear the thick clothes to protect our body. However Winter-wear also tends to be bulkier and harder to move around in.

The ice and snow make the streets and sidewalks very slippery.

For my personal experience I felt my feet slip out from under me and I landed on my butt. Forutnately I was OK but It was humiliating because the entire bus witnessed my fall!

More than anything else we should be cautious about the distortion or strain not to be injured.

Especially when we enjoy the sports in winter. we must take enough pre-excercise.

I hope the freezing winter will pass as soon as possible.

And I recommend you don't visit our country during the winter.
