In my opinion, The most difficult situation is when i couldnt make ageeement with other people especially Boss. For instance, There is a contract that i think illegal or having legally problem. But business division's people insist that contract dont have any legal problems. so they have to sign that contract. In that occasion, I try to make agreement with him or her. But when it is impossible, I ask the way of solution to my Boss or senior people.

For handling pressure, I organize the plan for working that contents what needs to be done first and what is the most important.
This helped me effectively manage pressure on the job.
