When I was just to leave my office yesterday, my company colleague asked me to talk over a rice wine. He wanted to talk about several issues in my office. There are many things we can't freely talk at an offical meeting. So some times we need to talk over a wine. We call it unofficial communication. I think that we need both ways of communication , official and unofficial, to understand each other fully. We always say that the communication between colleagues is very important but it's not easy to catch eath other's inner thought,real intention. My colleague talked me about the current issues which he couldn't talk in the office. I listened to him and just nodded from time to time while he talked sipping a rice wine. Some times talking itself solves many problems. And just having sombody to talk about my complain or problem, when I want to talk, is very import. Feeling that we're not alone is so meaningful in our life. Happy Wednesday !!!
