Gun-shot blew her face into two pieces. She lost her nose. Because of that, she had hard time to breath. Her little children were scared of her. So, she wanted to be normal. She waited for donor for one year and finally, she finds the donor who dead and give face to her. The face transplant operation took 22 hours and 8 surgeons.
