30. I usually stay at home when I take a rest.  Because most of my stresses are coming from the work, so I want to keep a distance from it and feel comfortable.  I wear comfortable clothes and sometimes I take a nap or read books while eating some sweets.  Eating sweets make our brain feel happiness so I try ice cream, chocolates, crepes etc.  Doctors say that eating a small piece of dark chocolate per day help us to stay in good mood.  It relieves our stress and makes us feel better.  So I prefer eating sweets when I stay home to relax.
