Andre recommend that Rose tries going Spain, Valencia for next trip. There is a special festival in Valencia. It called La Tomatina, tomato fight, People toss overripe tomatoes one another. It is held on the last wednesday of August. Rose thinks That's one hell of an adventure, so she can't wait.

Attached file is a Bibimbap. 'Bibim' means 'mix' in Korean.
The ingredients are rice, a lot of colorful vegetables, beef , Gochujang,(Korean special sauce-red pepper paste), and sesame oil.
Sometimes an egg is added.
Jeon-ju is the most famous region for Bibimbap in Korea. I've not eaten 'Jeonjubibimbap'. I heard it is very tasty.
'Dolsotbibimbap' is the best bibimbap I think. 'Dolsot' is 'stone pot'. The Ingredients are almost same.
but Heat the pot, and crispy rice!!!!!
oh.. just thinkiing makes my mouth water.
these are real Bibimbaps..
but what I usually make at home is very simple..
rice+Gochujang+Kimchi(or only one vegetable)+sesame oil (very important!! It adds more flavor)
HAHAHA....it is also delicious ^^
Maybe many Koreans enjoy this at home. That's easy~
