The cell phone is the must-have item in modern times. People exchange the text messages and call with each other by the mobile phone. The cell phone provides a lot of various convenience. But there are some problems by using the cell phone. Some people use it regardless of time and place and then damage to other people. For example, it's noisy that talking on the cell phone loudly in public or ringing of the cell phone during the performance or concert. Also some people who become addicted to send text messages by the cell phone don't let the cell phone out of their hands. They cannot concentrate on their class or work. They should turn off their phone during working or taking a class. By doing this, they reduce an addiction to using it.
