Today’s young people have different personal or work-related challenges from when their parents were young

There is some debate as to young people have different kinds of problems from their parents. It is true that many of fundamental aspects such as relationship or love have not been changed; however, with the advent of various technologies, many things have been changed to the young people. Let's take a look at some cases with the specific examples.

First, technologies such as the internet or computer are challenging our working environment. About ten years ago or so, the matter of the business world was not seriously relying on the technology rather it was about a relationship or how to introduce a new idea or paradigm. For example, if you were trying to make a start-up about twenty years ago, you would not have to be concerned about the technical issues; all you had to do was how to set up a new idea and made a good contract with partners. However, recently, many things were changed; you need to make the computer systems for managing your company and providing services. Plus, new employees should have to adapt to the new technologies not to lag behind others. It is a primary source of concerns for our ages.

Second, young people in these days have the wider range of problems than decades ago. For example, as the world has been flatted all the time, people in the United States are concerning about the problem of the other countries such as North Korea or Iraq. Not just because of interesting but because it can directly affect to our country or individuals; if the economy of the United States was in stuck, many of the countries including Korea might have same kinds of the problem.

In summary, with the advent of technologies and globalization, young people in our days have to concern more aspects than that of our parents.
